SalesTech Solutions, Inc. (STS) is a consulting firm specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services. In addition to understanding the Information Technology field, our consultants have "real life" industry experience in various fields (i.e. sales, marketing, banking, construction and medical). We believe our combined professional backgrounds and our use of CRM software in those industries allows us to easily relate to our clients needs and desires.

We are knowledgeable in and offer for implementation a broad range of CRM software (ACT!, GoldMine, SalesLogix, Etc.) and add on (Address Grabber, CardScan, Mapping) products. By using off the shelf software and customizing it according to client specifications, we are able to offer custom databases at relatively low costs and within shorter time frames. During our initial consultation with your firm, we will help you decide which software will best suit your business needs. And, because SalesTech Solutions, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm, we can assist you throughout the entire problem-solving process.

Our consultants are either vendor certified (i.e. ACC / GMT) or complete a rigorous internal training program with a certified member of our organization. Each member of our organization is responsible for continually monitoring all aspects of at least one CRM product. In addition, we are constantly researching the marketplace for new software and product add-ons that could benefit our clients.
