Sync Your ACT! Data
to ANY Device!
When I need a tool to sync a customers data to their new
iPhone or the latest Blackberry I use CompanionLink and you
probably should too. I also like to use CompanionLink when a user wants an "industrial strength" sync tool. I don't necessarily like this link better than
the link(s) provided by the manufacturer of ACT!, I simply find myself using CompanionLink for the following
reasons:
One of my end users wants more control over what data syncs to their phone like
certain types of Activities or they want to sync to a Palm Pre or the
Google Android. CompanionLink simple supports more application and if you change phones/mobile
technology often this can be invaluable. CompanionLink has a price tag
but it also offers the strength and flexibility you are probably looking for. Plus, you can give CompanionLink or
DoubleLook a try for a 14 day evaluation and when after the
confirmation of how it will work for you, a simple next step is purchase and the entry of the License
key. Re-install is not needed!
I also really like Double
Look as a data transfer tool. This product simply monitors your
activity and will transfer (copy) new contacts created in ACT! and create new contacts in Outlook. Updated data in
both ACT! & Outlook, without retyping, what could be better!
