+ How many licenses do I have to buy? Are they only sold in increments of 5?
This is one of our most frequent questions. This question also has a big impact on the cost of software licensing fees. The very important answer is: you DO NOT have to buy in increments of 5 for any of the products we implement. If you want 11 people on the same Salesforce.com database; you only pay for 11! If you want to have 19 people on the same ACT! database, you only have to buy 19 licenses! We get this question every day and we save our customers hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars by correctly placing the order through the proper manufacturer channels.
